  • Brand strategy is the process of managing how a company is perceived – both internally and externally. It includes deciphering what the core purpose, proposition and values of a business are and creating a plan for communicating these and connecting with a business’ core audiences. It’s the first step towards creating a company’s identity and sets the tone for all future marketing and communications activities.

  • Brand (re)positioning is the bread and butter of what I do. It’s a research and strategy phase that results in a clearly defined brand model (purpose, proposition, pillars and personality traits) and storytelling style for businesses.

    I also offer various services such as copywriting and content strategy as well as becoming a facilitator of any other marketing and communications needs you have, e.g. managing the creation of your visual identity, website or social media strategy, by collaborating with other experts in my network.

  • I have over a decade of experience in branding and communications agencies in London, working with some of the biggest brands in the fashion, beauty, drinks and lifestyle industries before setting up my consultancy focused on founder-led brands and small businesses in 2021.

    I’m a calm and considered person who will combine my experience, knowledge and know-how with just the right amount of outside the box thinking. When working with you, I will commit to being your guide and champion for as long as you need me.

  • I know you’d love a clear-cut answer to this one but all of my quotes are completely bespoke dependent on what you need. What I can tell you is that working with an independent such as myself is going to be much cheaper than going to an agency and the value of what I do will deliver you sustainable success as a business.

    On a budget? I can always work backwards from this when creating my quote so just let me know if you have a figure in mind.

  • I would love to say I am a designer, but I’m not. I’m a big believer in sticking to what you do best and I’m a strategist, storyteller and connector to my amazing network of other independent brand-building and design experts.

  • I’ve amassed a great network of other experts from my time in agency and the freelance world who all share my ethos and way of working. I will always recommend which experts to use based on your individual needs and where your brand is headed, and am always open to looking beyond my existing contacts to find you the right person for the job.

  • Again, this is completely down to the individual brief however, I’d typically allow a month for a brand positioning project from start to sign off, a further 4-6 weeks to complete a new visually identity and similar for a new website.
